The primary responsibility of the Customer Service / Cashier position is to provide superior customer service to all passengers. Your role is to create a first-class experience for all of our passengers and build repeat customers through excellent service and promotions.

Responsibilities & Essential Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Sell and issue boarding tickets to passengers
  • Answer incoming telephone calls from the general public and provide information
  • Describe bus layout and seating locations
  • Respond to customer inquiries with accurate, up-to-date information

Job Requirements

  • Capability to navigate within multiple computer programs including MS Office, the internet, and proprietary systems
  • Prefer some knowledge of bus routes within U.S. and Mexico
  • Must be Bilingual Spanish
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure during peak periods

The functions and responsibilities are but not limited to:
•    Schedule meetings and manage calendars
•    Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
•    Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings

Skills and Qualifications:
