Changes in visa review procedures at the border include the implementation of the Simplified Arrival system in the United States, which uses facial recognition and biometric data for all travelers entering and leaving the country. Changes in Entry and Exit Process (U.S.)

Simplified Arrival: An automated identification system using facial recognition has been implemented at all border points, replacing traditional inspection controls.

Mandatory biometric scanning: All foreign nationals, including permanent residents, must undergo facial image capture and other biometric data collection upon each entry and exit from the country.

Removal of exemptions: Previous exemptions for children under 14 and adults over 79 years old no longer apply.

Data integration: Photographs taken at the border are integrated into the system along with existing official document data and other immigration systems.
